How do I get in touch with someone at The Variety Online?

We would love to hear from you. You can chat to us through our website chat, simply leave us a message and we will reply within 24 hours.

What is your shipping turn around? 

We dispatch within 24-36 hours after order has been placed. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and it’s usually around 7 business days. 
Please monitor the movement of your parcel via the tracking details emailed to you once we have fulfilled your order. 

Please contact us if you have an issue with your delivery address or order before dispatch. After your order has been dispatched, we are unable to edit or cancel. 

Can I physically pick up the item?

Whilst we are only an online store that delivers straight to your door, we do offer some selected items for pick up at Dandenong South. We don't have a shop front at the moment; however, we are looking at the possibility to open up one in the near future for customers convenience. Please contact us if you have any queries through our social media or chat.

I have received a defective product, can I get a refund? 

Please let us know as soon as you receive the item and you have found a fault with your item. We will either replace or return for a refund. Please let us know via customerservice@thevoss.com.au

Once I place my order, does it ship from China?

No, rest assured, all our products are sourced from suppliers around Australia and shipped and dispatched locally. We thank you for supporting Australian Small Businesses.
